What do my dreams mean - a new approach

Dream – the word is both a noun and a verb.

Some hold that life is simply this – that when you wake, it’s just to another dream.

This is the Huna concept, as explained by Serge Kahili King in his “Mastering Your Hidden Self”.

So this changed the conventional idea of what your or my dreams can mean.

And it has some improved workability, but also drawbacks.

You see, the laws that govern our universe are the same as when we created them. And since we say they are “laws”, it means we and all who inhabit our dreams are subject to them. Now this turns everything upside down, but the concept we are open-mindedly accepting that all the world is a dream.

Oh – what’s that you say? That doesn’t mean we are gods or universe-creators. God still exists, you know.

I see what you mean. Sorry.

But if you take this concept of life as a dream, and see that in this, we are all playing in our dreams as games, then the world becomes a much less serious place.

How I got there:

Now, in King’s book, he has a whole chapter on dreams interpretations and meanings. And says that this is pretty wide open. One fascinating point he does make is that we dream, apparently, all the time. You just have to sit still for a little while and not particularly try to think of anything, and you’ll find a day-dream creeping in.

What makes this interesting, is that we are possibly then living in multiple dreams at the same time. This of course could lead you to believe that Burt Goldman has been right all along with his “Quantum Jumping”. But we don’t have to go there.

The point you might choose to consider is that if your life is a dream, and it can mean anything you want, then you don’t have to worry or fear death any longer. Now, just like any other dream you have, this also means that you will live a better, happier, more prosperous life just to the exact degree you take responsibility for everything  you do or act on.

And if you then pile into other ancient concepts, such as “There are no limits.” Meaning: we are all connected to each other – this then gives you a very fascinating viewpoint on how to live your life from here on out.

You may find that this is an easier approach to finding your own purpose in life, or achieving any number of personal goals you may have set recently, or in days past. And knowing your purpose gives a different idea of meaning to your dreams.

Because at this point, it’s really up to you to live your dream just as you want to. And find whatever meaning you like within them.

As there are no limits, you can have any amount of solutions or inspirations to solve any and all manner of problems in your life – as well as helping others around you to solve their own particular problems. That, of course is one very good reason to study your own dreams. Inspiration and intuition are priceless.

And this doesn’t particularly help you with your dream analysis – but it might help you simply have more fun in finding your own meaning to this dream we call living…
